Moving On Up

Xcalibur Enterprises - which is currently located at 1200 Trans Canada Highway - wants to move a little to the West.

Salmon Arm Council passed first two readings of the rezoning of the property next to Joey's Only where Xcalibur plans to build.

The property is zoned R-1/single family residential and the rezoning application is to change it to C-3/Highway Commercial.

The applicants also need the Ministry of Transportation's approval.
